Program description

Little Land® Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym sends text messages related to: appointment reminders and scheduling; billing and account notices; clinic announcements and operational updates (closures, schedule changes, etc.); and classes, camps, parties, open play, memberships, and milestone tips. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages from Little Land at the mobile number you provide. Message types you receive depend on how you opted in and your relationship with Little Land (e.g., current patient family vs. newsletter subscriber).

Opting in

You may opt in through any of the following methods:

• Digital intake: During new patient intake, completed through our online patient portal, the parent or legal guardian checks an SMS consent box and provides a mobile number to receive appointment, billing, and clinic communications.
• Paper intake: During in-clinic new patient intake, the parent or legal guardian completes a paper intake form with the same explicit SMS consent checkbox and mobile number field, witnessed by clinic staff and entered into our system by staff.
• Website signup form: Visitors to our website may check an SMS consent box on our signup form to receive marketing messages about classes, camps, parties, open play, memberships, and milestone tips.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving therapy services.

Frequency

Message frequency varies by program. Appointment and billing messages are sent as needed based on your scheduled visits and account activity. Clinic announcements and marketing messages are sent no more than a few times per month.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Little Land is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and you will not receive further texts. Patient families who opt out of appointment or billing texts will continue to be contacted by phone or email regarding their care as needed. To rejoin, sign up again on our site or update your preference with clinic staff.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
