Little Land® Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym ("Little Land," "we," "our," or "us") operates this website and our locations across Texas. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@mylittleland.com.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, location preference, and topics of interest.
• Booking and account information when you reserve classes, camps, parties, or therapy services.
• Protected health information (PHI) collected during therapy is governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy.
• Basic site analytics — pages visited, device, and approximate location — to improve the site.

How we use your information

• Send the email and (if opted in) SMS updates you've requested.
• Tag your subscription by location and interests so we send relevant content.
• Respond to inquiries and provide the services you've requested.
• Improve our site, programs, and customer experience.

Email & SMS programs

When you subscribe, your details are stored with our email/SMS provider (Mailchimp by Intuit). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, by replying STOP to any text, or by emailing us. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. SMS program description

Little Land® Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym sends text messages related to: appointment reminders and scheduling; billing and account notices; clinic announcements and operational updates (closures, schedule changes, etc.); and classes, camps, parties, open play, memberships, and milestone tips. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages from Little Land at the mobile number you provide. Message types you receive depend on how you opted in and your relationship with Little Land (e.g., current patient family vs. newsletter subscriber).

How to opt in

• Digital intake: During new patient intake, completed through our online patient portal, the parent or legal guardian checks an SMS consent box and provides a mobile number to receive appointment, billing, and clinic communications.
• Paper intake: During in-clinic new patient intake, the parent or legal guardian completes a paper intake form with the same explicit SMS consent checkbox and mobile number field, witnessed by clinic staff and entered into our system by staff.
• Website signup form: Visitors to our website may check an SMS consent box on our signup form to receive marketing messages about classes, camps, parties, open play, memberships, and milestone tips.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving therapy services.

Message frequency, rates, and opt-out

• Message frequency varies by program. Appointment and billing messages are sent as needed based on your scheduled visits and account activity. Clinic announcements and marketing messages are sent no more than a few times per month.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Little Land is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
• You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will not receive further texts. Patient families who opt out of appointment or billing texts will continue to be contacted by phone or email regarding their care as needed. To rejoin, sign up again on our site or update your preference with clinic staff.
• Reply HELP to any message for support, or email hello@mylittleland.com.

Carriers and privacy

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number is handled per this Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with vendors that help us operate (e.g., email/SMS, scheduling, analytics) under contracts that require them to protect your information, and when required by law.

Your choices & rights

• Access, correct, or delete the personal information you've provided.
• Unsubscribe from email or SMS at any time.
• Request that we stop using your information for marketing.

Children

Our website is intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this site. Information about a child collected during therapy or program enrollment is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
